It is a modern age, and old-fashioned dependence on the telephone has been replaced by fax machines and e-mail. Particularly if you have a general question, not urgently related to a case in progress, you may fax or e-mail at all times, and I will promptly respond. Of course, if you need to speak to me urgently and at once - or if you don't have access to fax machines or e-mail - don't hesitate to call. If I'm not available at that very minute, a live person will find me or the right member of my staff, and your call will be returned as soon as possible. (It always helps if you give whoever answers the phone, your name, telephone number and the nature of the problem.)
